1. Eligibility and ConfirmationMembership of the Programme is subject to a selection and approval process by the G Tech Group ('We'). Only entities that meet our eligibility criteria may participate.

2. Reseller Levels and TurnoverResellers are classified into levels based on their half-yearly turnover. The benefits associated with each level depend on reaching specific turnover thresholds, subject to periodic review.

3. Programme BenefitsResellers enjoy a range of benefits, including discounts on products, access to premium resources and customised support, varying according to the level reached.

4. Using Premium Plugins: I plugin Premium WordPress sono forniti gratuitamente ai Reseller, a condizione che i siti web su cui sono impiegati utilizzino i nostri servizi di hosting. I Reseller non sono autorizzati a rivendere o ridistribuire questi plugin.

5. Continuous Support and Training: We provide constant support and training opportunities to assist Resellers in their commercial and technical development.

6. Conditions of Permanence and Compliance: Violation of the payment terms or these Terms may result in suspension or expulsion from the Programme, with immediate and final effect.

7. Changes to the Terms: We reserve the right to amend the Terms at any time. Such changes become effective after notification to Resellers.

8. Termination by ResellerResellers may terminate their participation in the Programme at any time by written notice to Us.

9. Intellectual Property Rights: Trademarks and intellectual property rights relating to Programme materials remain the exclusive property of the G Tech Group.

10. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any loss or damage suffered by Resellers in connection with the Programme, except as provided by law.

11. Applicable Law and JurisdictionThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. For any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the place of jurisdiction shall be Trento.
