Discounts are based on your total turnover over the last 6 months, with increments of 10% at each programme level.

Is there a registration fee for the Reseller Programme?

No, there are no membership fees. The programme is designed to support your growth with no upfront costs.

How can I track my sales and progress?

Through our CRM, accessible at crm.gtechgroup.ityou will always have a detailed accounting summary at your disposal. This will allow you to effectively monitor your reseller level and keep track of your progress and sales in real time.

Can I get assistance in selling the products?

Yes, we provide a wide range of support materials for all the products we sell, including articles, FAQs, videos and official documentation. In addition, a group chat on WhatsApp will be set up for all resellers, allowing quick and direct interaction for any assistance or clarification needed.

Are Premium WordPress Plugins really free for Resellers?

Yes, after more than 10 years in business we have accumulated a large selection of premium plugins that we offer free of charge to all our resellers. The only condition is that the website on which the plugins are installed is hosted on one of our servers or hosting services. This allows us to guarantee quality and security for both resellers and their customers.

How can I advance to the higher levels of the Programme?

To advance to the higher levels, we calculate your turnover for the last 6 months. This calculation is carried out twice a year, specifically in January and June. If your turnover reaches the required threshold for a higher level during these periods, you will automatically advance to the next level.

What happens if I do not reach the minimum turnover for a higher level?

If you do not reach the minimum turnover to advance to the next level, you will remain at your current level. Your turnover will be re-evaluated periodically to check for level advancement. However, if your turnover decreases, you may move down a level, but you will always maintain at least Level 1. This ensures flexibility that adapts to your business activity over time.

Can I exit the Reseller programme?

Once you have joined the reseller programme, there are no expiration dates for your participation. However, expulsion from the programme can only occur in two cases: if the sum of unpaid invoices exceeds € 10,000.00, or if you violate the terms and conditions of the reseller programme. Once banned, it will not be possible to re-enter the programme, not even by using a different VAT number. These rules are established to ensure the highest level of reliability and trustworthiness within our reseller network.
