How to install Supremo on Windows?
  1. Click on the download link for Windows.
  2. Once downloaded, open the .exe file and follow the instructions to complete the installation.
  3. After installation is complete, start Supremo to display the ID and password.

  1. Click on the download link for Mac.
  2. Download the file and drag it into the Applications folder.
  3. Open Supremo from the Applications folder to start it and display the ID and password.
Is it safe to allow remote access to my computer?

Answer: Security is our top priority. Supremo uses encrypted connections to ensure that only our authorised team can access your computer. We will not have access to your device without your permission and unique ID.

What happens if I lose my Internet connection during a remote assistance session?

If the connection is interrupted, the remote assistance session will close automatically. As soon as the Internet connection is restored, you will be able to restart Supremo and provide us with the new ID to reconnect.

Should the Supreme software remain installed on my computer after the service session?

Answer: It is not necessary to keep Supremo installed on your device after the support session. You can choose to uninstall it or keep it for future support sessions. We will provide you with instructions on how to uninstall it if you wish to do so.

Can I use Supremo for remote assistance on more than one computer?

Yes, you can install Supremo on multiple computers. Each device will have its own unique ID, which you must provide when requesting support for that specific device.

How can I be sure that remote assistance ends completely once the problem has been solved?

At the end of the support session, our team will close the remote connection and will no longer have access to your computer. You can also close the Supremo software to terminate the connection at any time.
