I have 55 domains should I do the 100 plan?
If you slightly exceed a floor, we can create a customised plan for your structure. The prices of our plans are purely indicative, and we prefer to meet our customers' needs by creating dedicated solutions. Among my domains I have highly visited sites, how are they managed?
If one or more websites consume too many resources, we can evaluate a hosting Level 2, 3 or 4 among our plans, available at G Tech Group Hosting WordPress. Alternatively, you could consider switching to a upper floor to ensure optimal performance and adequate support. This allows us to efficiently handle high traffic and maintain a high quality user experience for all your visitors.
Is the cost of domains included?
No, the cost of the domain is not included. It is highly advisable to transfer domains to our facility, as all our servers and domains are synchronised with Cloudflare via API to improve security and speed. This transfer ensures more efficient management and optimised performance for your websites.
Do I have to transfer the domain with you?
No, it is not obligatory to transfer the domain with us. You can simply point the A e WWW to your dedicated IP. However, transfer is recommended, as all our servers and domains are synchronised with Cloudflare via API to improve security and speed. This transfer ensures more efficient management and optimised performance for your websites.
I need to recover a backup how does restoring work?
Each server performs a daily incremental backup and a weekly full backupstored for 60 days. The backups include the entire server, so the other resellers as well. We can restore just the website you need and, for that site, choose whether to restore everything, just the emails, just the files or just the database. The restore time may vary as Plesk must first download the full server backup and then restore what is required. To recover a backup, you must open a ticket with us.
What is a managed server?
A managed server means that all servers are fully managed by us. With over 5 years of experience, we intervene free of charge on any server-related issues, guaranteeing updates, security and the right setup on each of your domains. In addition, in the event of problems with pointing, cloning a site, creating a staging copy or anything else, we can intervene free of charge or do it directly for you.
