Declaration and assumption of responsibility

The registrant of the domain name in question, in particular, declares under his own responsibility:

1.  to be a national of or resident in one of the countries of the European Economic Area (SEE), in the Vatican State, the Republic of San Marino or the Swiss Confederation (in the case of registration for a natural person);
2. to be established in one of the countries of the European Economic Area (SEE), in the Vatican State, the Republic of San Marino or the Swiss Confederation (in case of registration for another organisation);
3. to be aware and to accept that the registration and management of a domain name are subject to the "Rules for the Assignment and Management of Domain Names in the ccTLD.it" and the "Rules for dispute resolution in the ccTLD.it"and their subsequent amendments;
4.  have title to use and/or legal availability of the name domain name applied for and not to infringe the rights of third parties by such an application;
5.  to be aware that for the purposes of entering personal data in the database of assigned domain names, and their possible dissemination and accessibility via the Internet, it is necessary to expressly provide consent by ticking the appropriate boxes on the basis of the information below. On the Registry website (http://www.nic.it) the document 'The .it Registry's policy on the Whois database";
6.  to be aware and to accept that in the event of an erroneous or false declaration in this application, the Registry will immediately revoke the domain name, without prejudice to any more extensive legal action. In this case, revocation shall in no way give rise to claims against the Registry;
7.  to relieve the Registry of any liability arising from the allocation and use of the domain name by the applicant;
8. to accept the Italian jurisdiction and the laws of the Italian State Order.
