Is it possible to migrate from another LMS?
Yes. We handle complete migration from any LMS (Docebo, Talent LMS, Google Classroom, Totara and others) with transfer of courses, users, certificates and completion history. We analyse the existing structure and map the content to ensure a transition with no data loss.
Where is the data hosted?
The platform is installed on dedicated servers in European datacenters (Italy or Germany) to ensure GDPR compliance. You can choose between our managed hosting or installation on your existing infrastructure.
Does Moodle work on smartphones and tablets?
Yes. Moodle has a responsive interface that automatically adapts to any device. The official Moodle app (iOS and Android) is also available, which also allows offline access to content. For the Enterprise plan we also offer branded mobile apps with your logo.
Does it integrate with our business systems?
Yes. Moodle integrates with Active Directory, LDAP, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Zucchetti, ADP) and management software via REST API. We also develop custom connectors for proprietary systems.
What does the annual maintenance include?
Maintenance includes Moodle and plugin updates, daily backups, 24/7 uptime monitoring, security patches, database optimisation and technical support via ticket and phone. Plans range from 3 to 12 months and are renewable.
