How can I fix WordPress login problems?

With SoccorsoWP we restore access safely (credential reset, unlock, admin user restore) and identify the cause to prevent it recurring. For emergencies we intervene within 2 hours.
My site went down or was hacked: can you recover it?
Yes. We handle emergencies such as white screen/critical error, offline site or malware compromise: we secure the site, clean it, restore it from a clean backup and apply hardening to prevent new attacks. The first emergency intervention is included in the plans.
How often should a WordPress site be maintained?
Maintenance should be done continuously, not just when something breaks: updates of core, themes and plugins as soon as available (with verification), regular backups, security scans and performance checks. SoccorsoWP takes care of it for you proactively, with annual plans from €99.
What are the response times?
It depends on the chosen plan. Base plan: within 48 working hours. Professional plan: within 24 hours. Enterprise plan: within 4 hours, even on weekends. For critical emergencies (site down or hacked), we intervene within 2 hours on all plans.
Do the prices include VAT?
No, all prices shown exclude VAT (22%). The Base plan is €99 + VAT/year, Professional €199 + VAT/year and Enterprise €299 + VAT/year. The invoice is issued at the time of activation.
Can I change plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. The upgrade is immediate with a charge proportional to the remaining months. The downgrade takes effect at the next renewal.
Does it work with any hosting?
Yes, SoccorsoWP works with any hosting provider. We only need access to the control panel and to the WordPress admin area. We recommend hosting with SSH access for faster interventions.
What happens if my site has already been hacked?
We intervene with a complete cleanup: malware removal, backdoor elimination, security update, password change and hardening. The first emergency intervention is included in all annual plans.
How do I open a support ticket?
