How the management fee is made up
The prices of the packages above are one-off (setup and implementation). To keep Odoo online, secure and up to date, a monthly fee is added — indicated in each package and proportionate to the required VPS — always made up of two items:
Managed VPS
from €99/month
The server on which Odoo runs (KVM, NVMe, backup, anti-DDoS). It is sized based on users and modules — VPS pricing.
Odoo Maintenance
€49/month
Updates, daily backups, 24/7 monitoring and technical support.
Total management
from €148/month
≈ €1,776/year with the entry-level VPS.
Note: with Odoo Community the software is free. With Odoo Enterprise the Odoo licence per user/month set by Odoo S.A. is added. The VPS can be upgraded at any time (more vCPU/RAM) as the company grows.

Frequently asked questions
The answers to the most common questions about Odoo and our services.
What is Odoo?
Odoo is a modular open source ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) with over 82 official apps and thousands of community modules. It covers CRM, sales, purchasing, warehouse, accounting, HR, manufacturing, e-commerce and much more. It is used by over 12 million users worldwide.
What is the difference between Odoo Community and Enterprise?
Odoo Community is free (LGPL licence) and includes over 30 core modules. Odoo Enterprise adds 50+ advanced modules (Studio, digital signature, VoIP, quality, etc.), official support and Odoo.sh. We install and support both versions on the VPS we manage.
How long does it take to implement Odoo?
It depends on the complexity. A Base or Advanced launch (Odoo ready/configured on our VPS) is operational in a few days. A Bespoke project with 2-3 modules takes 4-6 weeks; with data migration, customisations and integrations it can take from 8-12 weeks up to 3-6 months for the most complex scenarios.
Can I migrate data from my current management system?
Yes. We support migration from any management system: SAP, Zucchetti, TeamSystem, Danea, Excel and others. We import customer and supplier records, products, accounting documents, orders and complete history.
What are the recurring costs after implementation?
The recurring fee is the sum of two items: the managed VPS on which Odoo runs (from €99/month, according to the VPS pricing at gtechgroup.it/vps/, sized based on users and modules) plus Odoo maintenance at €49/month (updates, backups, monitoring and support). In total from €148/month for the Base package, going up based on the VPS required for users and modules (indicated in each package). If you choose Odoo Enterprise the Odoo licence is added (cost per user/month set by Odoo S.A.); with Odoo Community the software is free.
Why is the service only available on VPS managed by you?
To guarantee optimal performance, security and reliability. We directly manage the server with daily backups, 24/7 monitoring, security updates and Odoo-specific tuning. We cannot guarantee the same level of service on infrastructure we don't control.
Does Odoo integrate with other software?
Yes. Odoo has complete REST and XML-RPC APIs. We integrate with SDI electronic invoicing, e-commerce (WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento), couriers (BRT, GLS, DHL), marketplaces (Amazon, eBay), payment gateways and any service with an API.
What is the difference between Odoo and BrentaSoft ERP?
BrentaSoft ERP is our proprietary management system (cloud SaaS with integrated AI), while Odoo is an open source ERP that we install and customise. BrentaSoft is ideal for those looking for a turnkey solution with native AI. Odoo is perfect for those who want a modular, open source and highly customisable ERP.
