How is the SMTP server configured?
The server is delivered preconfigured with Postfix, phpList and PolicyD already installed and ready to use. You'll receive the login credentials and instructions to connect your domain. Our team is available to help with the initial configuration.
Is there a limit on the number of daily emails?
The volumes shown in the plans are estimates to help you choose the most suitable configuration. There is no preset limit on the number of emails you can send daily: throughput depends on the hardware resources of the chosen plan.
How are backups handled?
Every SMTP server includes weekly backup and daily snapshot by default. Copies are kept in the datacenter and accessible from the management panel. Additional daily backup and disaster recovery solutions are also available.
What is the maximum attachment size?
Each email sent through the SMTP server can include attachments up to a maximum total size of 75 MB.
Which mail clients are supported?
The SMTP server is compatible with any mail client that supports TLS encryption or higher: Thunderbird, Outlook, Apple Mail, and any application or CMS that sends email via SMTP (WordPress, WooCommerce, Mautic, n8n, etc.).
How can I improve deliverability?
The server already includes preconfigured DKIM, SPF and DMARC. To further improve the delivery rate, you can add additional dedicated IPs and use automatic address rotation. Our team can assist you with optimisation.
